Hey guys be careful before signing any bunch of purchase documents and any auto debit fees for software form..No services no communication since 2017 and even after machine stopped working almost two years non stop auto debit was continued… after notifying by my accountant we asked the company the clarification… simple answer was ohhh you notified now.. we will stop the auto debit. No refunds for payments taken out for years??? Be careful … now I have to take legal opinion.

Useless support team, been on phone for 2hours, someone called after I requested for call back and hanged up.. Now on phone again. Stay away from these guys, will be looking at changing to another provider.

So disappointed with this company , bought the product online after I paid, I expected the good to be delivered .Bought on 16 June 2021 waited and waited then rang and talked to the company three times ,they said I haven't had an account with them to be chargedbut the good was already paid on the 16 June 2021 on the same date as I ordered.Talked to them again today, asked if he going to refund me the money or sent me the good , at this point I'm still waiting .I would not order again online with this company .

We tried to get an Eftpos machine through ENZ's opposition and it was the worst experience - many calls and emails to acheive nothing, you'd think they don't want customers.Eftpos New Zealand was the complete opposite experince - just too easy.Keep up the good work ENZ, an awesome company to do business with.If anyone else is weighing up who to get Eftpos services from then my advice would be don't waste your time just go straight to these guys.

The team are fantastic to deal with when you have a busy business. Love that the after hours support is someone who will actually solve your problem instead of getting an answering agent who tells you that they do not have the ability and that someone will get back to you the next day. Majority of the time an owner catches up after hours ... The few dealings I have had, always been concise without fuss and without prejudice ie not thinking you are technically inept, which I can be some days. Well done team.

I was dealing with Robbie who was amazingly helpful and patient. We were having a situation and I explained the issue we were having - a personal issue, nothing to do with the company and he went above and beyond to help us resolve it. He went the extra mile to get the confirmation we needed in moving forward with what we needed to do. I can't even begin to explain how painless it was dealing with him. Very very grateful Robbie was the one dealing with us. Thank you once again Robbie! Will be sure to call in and ask for you again for the next service we require!
