Lovely tour guide Chris, so friendly and knowledgeable. Kayak was chill and easy. The scenery... is honestly breathtaking especially when you see the glowworms!There was some yummy kai and mulled wine at the beginning too!

We had an incredible night kayak to the glowworms led by Alex and Sarah! Alex and Sarah were fun, funny, knowledgeable and overall fantastic guides. The pre-kayak nibbles were perfect and our time with the glowworms was even better! Loved it and would recommend this tour to anyone who wants a wonderful glowworm experience!

Great family tour on a canoe. The tour guides were clear and helpful. My 6 year old daughter really enjoyed it.They supplied life jackets and some fleece jackets. They also offered mosquito repellent.The lake was gorgeous and watching the sunset as we paddled back was breathtaking.The glow worms were so fascinating and beautiful to see.There is one tour guide at each end of the canoe. They took turns walking about the glow worms. It was difficult to hear the other tour guide at the end of the canoe because we were sitting near the front of the canoe. The people sitting near the back of the canoe told me it was difficult to hear the guide tour at the front.One of the tour guides kept telling dads jokes, it was entertaining.

The tour was very well organized and our guide, Josh, was strong, professional and fun. It was pouring on the way we headed to the kayaking spot, we were all concerned that our adventure might be spoiled. But when we jumped off the bus, the sky was getting clearer. We enjoyed wine, cheese and crackers before taking off, just like the photos shown on the website. Gears are very clean and professional, we didn't get wet or feel cold during the trip. It was second time kayaking in my life, first time evening kayaking. The kayaks are high ranks and in good condition, I feel it very stable on the lake, and comfortable.We were lucky, the lake was calm, and despite the pouring, we did see many stars and a bright moon, and of cause many shining glow warms. It was really fun, highly recommend!

Johnny our guide was awesome.The whole trip was very well organised from start to finish. We were well informed, given plenty of instructions and so felt safe and at ease during the kayaking part.The glow worms were just amazing - a first for me so I absolutely loved it combined with the serenity of being on the water and floating in a kayak was just extra cool.Our guide Johnny was fun, entertaining and knowledgeable which made the whole experience really enjoyable.

Well, a bit of miscommunication to start about where we were to meet our group but we had a fantastic guide, Alex, who made up for it. Absolutely stunning spot!

Did the glow worm kayak. Lovely trip down the river, glow worms were impressive. Would have preferred a longer time in the kayak, quite a lot of time taken up bussing there and back from the main centre.
