If you value owning a quality knife & know the importance of taking care of it, then I highly recommend JP Mobile Knife Sharpening. He comes to your business/home and brings life back into your knives through his process of sharpening with a water stone and polishing block #5000. Once he's finished sharpening he checks the finish of the blade via a microscope to ensure quality.Through this process he can sharpen any type of knife and even scissors too in about 15 minutes.Ken did amazing job and I'd highly recommend his services to anyone who wants their knives super sharp & precise!

Absolutely fantastic service!!!The quality of care with sharpening the knives was awesome they are both razor sharp now the bevel is really straight and consistent along the entire length of the blades.Totally worth the price, super friendly dude, and they come straight to your door. I will 100% be using these guys exclusively going forward.
