Fire n things where very professional with good communication. They removed our old log burner with wetback and install a new one again with wetback. Good friendly team , especially Steve there plumber .

The quality of the fireplace we received is amazing, with impeccable installation. They provided a high quality product, when they said they would, and for a great price. The customer experience was suburb from dealing with the sales team in their showroom, having them come out to measure & quote through to installation. The whole experience was excellent and I couldn't recommend them enough!
