Every time I have needed to go to WINZ I have found the staff to be kind, compassion, knowledgeable and very helpful. We are very fortunate to have such a department as well as the quality of people, that work there.

The manager give me traspass order bcz she don't want me to record our conversation there where I do sense she's told me she's doesn't like me ... and always she's harassed me and make lies that I can prove by my records and they know I do it because I told them that is the way I can make sure no one there will bullying me... she's always says that I'm the bad one... but I have way to prove she's lying thanks my records ( with is legal as I asked them to record as well and I have reason to do so)

Im not sure why Winz make things difficult. Maybe to stop people getting their benefit, maybe just to make life hard.
