I asked their senior stylist for a simple short haircut. She couldn't do any worse! I was charged $96 for an uneven terrible haircut which has never settled down now after about one month and a half. Please let your customers know if you can't do something right. They will leave you happier and will thank your honesty!

This was my first time getting my hair dyed and I absolutely loved it. I had Jaunique do my hair and she did it better than I could have imagined and made the process very relaxing. Would definitely recommend

Disappointed with the female hairdresser that did my hair. Came in for simple blow dry and trim on my straight fringe. The blow dry was perfectly fine but the fringe trim was appalling, asked for blunt straight cut but was given a whole different fringe style - a very short curtain fringe. Was very unhappy with the service I had because clearly the female hairdresser didn't listen to what the customer wanted. It was too late when I realised the fringe style she was doing on me and I was left with uneven fringe - the hairdresser didn't try to fix her mistake whatsoever. I was so embarrassed to be seen with the terrible cut she did on me and took a couple months to regrow the atrocious fringe trim she gave me.

I got the new client Deluxe balayage cut package , I was happy with it until i straightened my hair I noticed there was no root melt which is included in the packageI do love my hair cut though it is short bob length.

Was super nervous using a new stylist and franchise. My mum booked me in with Jaunique and the experience couldn't have been better. You go in with ideas, but always rely on the stylist to help achieve your look. She listened to everything and invested 5+ hours to make it perfect! Made the appointment easy going and was more of a friend than a job. I am sorry you went an hour over time, I felt so guilty. Your dedication to what you love doing truly shines in the results.I have found a new stylist ... Dankie xx

Gerhard has been doing my hair for the last 4 years . Changed my style several times over this period & he is always happy to accommodate any ideas . He is so professional and kind / if he is unavailable when I want my hair done I change my day/time !!
