I called into this Jeweller shop,as my gold necklace,broke in the car,while traveling from Tauranga.We happen to park right outside,so decided to call in & see if he was able to fix it,a 5 minute job for a competent jeweler !!!!To start couldn’t get in the door he was inside saying push push,then told us there was sign on the door can’t you read , to say push, hello NO dam sign !!!He made excuses to say he only fixes things on a Tuesday as can’t get ALL the gear out !!!! All it needed was a link put in,too dam miserable to even do that,for some out of town customers !!!I would never go back to this jeweller shop & have recommended to my friends & family NOT to go near the place !!!Thanks for nothing Strickly Time watchmaker & Jewellers never again,treat your customers with some respect !!!!!!

My wife has used their services before and has been very happy with them. I find the jeweler very pleasant and helpful and quickly solved my battery problem. They are located in the main street of Whangamata with plenty of parking.
