Special thank you to the staff at Animates Vets especially Meagan, we’ve had some shocking vets over the years but we are so glad we found a trustworthy and knowledgeable vet in the end. Coco was our fur baby we loved her so much. Very very sad to say goodbye after 13 amazing years of fluffy doggy cuddles and toothy grins but she won’t feel the cancer sores anymore ❤️❤️❤️ thank you for your care

I visited as I had an emergency but the care was really Average.Visit was average ok quality and short, not much advice from the vet. Google told me more... I felt like they wanted to sell me things without real need.

Silverdale Vet Hospital at Animates
This vet lacks any compassion towards the animals. Overpriced for the service you get. We had to come back here multiple times and every time was made to wait in the waiting room without my poor animal. Who is already upset going to the vet in the first place and needs to be with their owner. We were made to chase up the results multiple times which I don’t find acceptable and my animal was made to suffer as a result.

Excellent vets. Made an emergency appointment as my usual vets wasn't open on the weekend, care was fantastic, great attention to detail, and felt like I was actually getting what I was paying for. Silverdale vet hospital is now the only vet I'll use

All staff have always been helpful, accommodating and compassionate about my two dogs and bunny. They always call or email to check in and are readily available. I have an older dog with fear anxiety at the vet and they are understanding and do their best to accommodate him.

They are always very accommodating with times and have a large team of capable vets and nurses,very caring team for our fury friends. The only comment on the side is that costs keep going up, but I guess it's just a fact with inflation and that doesn't leave out vet services.

Meagan is an excellent and thoughtful veterinarian, great at explaining and understanding problems with our cat. Location is convenient and hours are very long as well.
