We took years of seeing these at Home Shows before we made up or minds to buy one. The ONLY bad thing is we should not have mucked around. This is an invaluable part of our kitchen and used for so many things. The frozen food comes to fresh including seafood meat and veggies. The team at ZeroPak are very helpful and always pleased to see us back at shows to buy more bags. The small salami rolls have also become so useful for things like spare apple sauce, tomato paste, passionfruit pulp and wish we had started getting these from day 1. Friends have bought cheaper versions but we certainly feel that this is a strong professional product and has paid for itself . Would not hesitate to buy another one

The customer service was excellent. Friendly and helpful team who really care. They put me on the right track for the product I was looking for and I love the cordless hand held vacuum pump with USB charger which holds it charge for ages (as advised by the team).
