I recently visited this practice with my little one and was thoroughly impressed with the high standard of care we received. The staff created really welcoming and child-friendly environment. Leanne and Chatu showcased their amazing expertise in working with children, while they carefully explaining each step of the assessment. The practice itself was thoughtfully designed, with a warm and inviting atmosphere tailored to children's needs. Highly recommend this practice to anyone who is after quality audiology care!

I just went here for an earwax removal. What a great operation! From the booking system to the registration on an iPad, all worked seamlessly. Leanne the consultant was warm and professional. She completely put me at ease and gave me great advice and explained easily the process and how the ear and earwax work. Will definitely be back and highly recommend

This morning attended at FHC to have my ears cleaned out. I have previously had 3 ear suction procedures from other clinics, this was however the smoothest & most relaxing . Leanne was professional, personable and easy to talk. Moving forward I will definitely be returning & recommend FHC. Thanks again Leanne

Had a wonderful and pleasant experience with the two audiologist. They are both gentle and experts in their field. My toddler felt good during the procedure. Didn't see my baby crying or complaining.

I booked for a same day appointment for ear wax removal. It had been some time since I last had it done and the service here was very good indeed. They were meticulous and took the necessary time to complete the process correctly. Highly recommended.

Brought my dad here. Despite his reluctance, all aspects, from the assessment and management especially the fitting and explanation was brought to him in a very soft and gentle manner. Extremely professional and highly efficient. Such a wide variety of technology available and despite choosing a great brand it was set up in a very user friendly approach.Can't recommend Chatu and the team more!

Leanne did a great job. Very gentle and efficient. She explained everything very clearly. I chose the Family Hearing Clinic because it was the closest to home and they could give me an appointment on the day I enquired. Other places had a 3 week wait!!I will definitely come again and recommend Leanne to anyone else with blocked ears.

Highly recommend.It was very easy to setup appointments. Extremely kind, patient and polite staff. Chatu was very thorough and she explained everything calmly and patiently.My hearing aid is very high tech but extremely simple to use.

Chatu was absolutely amazing! So kind and sweet and professional! Would recommend ANYONE to go to this place! Made me feel so welcome, comfortable and safe. Just deserves a higher rating than 5 stars honestly.
