There was some trouble on the day when my initial cleaner couldn't make it, but another one was sorted out quick smart! Gabriella was lovely and professional and did a thorough job. She even gave me pointers for a sticky spot I couldn't get rid of! I'll be booking again next time I move :)

Cleaners broke a window handle during the clean. they refused to acknowledge this and did not offer to reimburse which was very disappointing.

We have used Elite Professional Cleaning Services for exit cleaning when we moved out of our rental house after 8 years. They did a splendid job in cleaning the house and it was looking much better than it was 8 years ago. We have asked for some extra cleaning like fireplace etc and they did a Fantastic job. I would definitely use their services again. Thanks to Sarah and the cleaners!

I started using Elite before Christmas and Sarah went out of her way to fit me in at a time which suited me. I have since booked in for a regular clean and am very happy with the service. Great job and a lovely team. Coming home to a beautifully clean house is awesome.

End of tenancy cleaning was very poorly executed, the house was still very dirty and some areas were not even touched. Very difficult communication. Very expensive. I don't recommend it to anyone at all, the company is far from professional cleaners.
