New Zealand Travel Tips

Heading to NZ in a few days for our first ever visit, and I'm sooo glad to have found New Zealand Travel Tips! The website and the Facebook group have been invaluable in helping me plan our trip and answering all our questions, and I've picked up so many tips for things to see and do that I'm sure we would miss if it weren't for NZTT.I purchased Sarah's north and south island travel guides as well and they are great, they'll be a really handy guide during our travels. Best travel page EVER! Tips, ideas, suggestions, discounts, advice, and the place to ask everything you want to know about travelling in New Zealand. This group helped us immensely before and during our weeks-long travel. The moderator Sarah is hands-on and she helped me personally with a specific issue. I intend to stay in the group even after I leave New Zealand so I can also help others. And because the posts are so enjoyable.

I cannot reccomend this group/site enough to anyone planning a trip to New Zealand. We got such amazing advice, tips and discounts through the Facebook group and Sarah helped us to navigate a tricky booking with exchange rates and even covered some of the cost herself to ensure we still got the discount promised which was incredibly kind. We had an unforgettable trip!

I love the 1 to 1 session with Sarah as she is so knowledgeable and if you come prepared, you can squeeze out so much from her knowledge to plan out the most ideal trip for urself… highly recommended

Sarah is incredibly informative and very much a people person. She is very adaptable to the pace and goals of your trip and makes recommendations that are spot on. She also checks in periodically to make sure she's on track with what you are looking for. You can easily book a 2-3 hour consultation with the amount of knowledge she has to offer and all that New Zealand has to offer. We went for 2 hours (3 week itinerary), but I definitely felt I could go for another after doing some additional refining on my end after our consultation. After the consultation you have the recorded video (so you don't have to memorize everything... you end up with so much information it's so helpful!) and documented notes (she put notes on my itinerary which was so helpful to put it directly in with my notes). The consultation is very reasonably priced to ensure you get the best holiday :)Not only in this 1:1 consultation, but also in the NZ facebook group, she is incredibly helpful and very much present to answer questions and suggestions.And on top of all this, but she is also very kind and positive.

We are headed to New Zealand for the month of November (2023). I normally plan our trips myself but was feeling overwhelmed with this one. There is so much to see and do and it was hard to narrow it down and choose where to go, what route to take and what activities to reserve. My sister and I are planning our first ever trip outside of the US to New Zealand which is very exciting however also very nerve racking. Sarah has done an outstanding job in creating this Facebook group and webpage. The amount of time and effort that goes into it must be huge. The community on the Facebook page is so welcoming and helpful, and they so freely give their advice and tips on travelling NZ. We are leaving for our trip in a few weeks, and I know that it will be a hundred percent more awesome because of all the tips I've received, and the discount codes so generously organised by Sarah. I can't even imagine trying to organise a New Zealand trip without this group. I'm so grateful for it, and can't wait to share our own adventures with everyone!
