I am not a customer of Spec Savers and visited the Tauranga branch on a Saturday as I had broken my glasses and needed them fixed before Monday. I spoke to Katelin who was just awesome. She got my glasses fixed and called me when they were ready. When I picked them up there was no charge. Awesome customer service. I have now booked and eye test to get a couple of new pairs of glasses. Thanks so much Katelin, your customer service is outstanding!
