Having had homemade, the food was right down the line. Nothing but praise.update16 Jan.Looks and tastes like old food. Cold and unappetizing. Would Not recommend as quality control is shot. How can it go from wow to no so quickly. Again $ waste of $70 . Again money I can't afford to waste. If you wish a guaranteed good take away I cannot support this restaurant.

Very unprofessional people. We places order and they said it will take 20 minutes. We were standing there for pick up ans after 20 minutes they said, it will take another 15-20 minutes. Very poor customer service

I want to give stars because food that I had was good.Fresh ingredient and taste good.I can see why people give less star and complain about the service.While I was there there were only two people in the restaurant. One “Cook” and the supposed to be a front of house lady but she has to work in the kitchen as well.One complaint below said she was rude.to be fare I think she might be in a lot of stressed juggling between front and back of house.I was there only 30 minutes she misses three phone calls coz she was in the kitchen and managed to answer one other call just because she was bring the food out and the phone happened to ring.What was wrong with this place is the management need to be revamped.Put one more stuff.Oh and the “Cook” was grumpy. I heard he was complaining loudly about no one get the kitchen ready before the restaurant open.I sat at front door I can still hear him.So hopefully they manage to get more staff so the restaurant can operate smoothly.

We felt for the operators since they had 4 knock backs from ram raid burglaries.Doing great in the circumstances , our group table was happy

Loved it! Great food and friendly staff. Service was great too and the food didn't take too long to be served. We managed to get in on a quiet Sunday afternoon. The kids enjoyed the food too which was a bonus.Great find tucked away in the heart of Conifer Grove. They do dine in, takeaway and Uber Eats deliveries. Dine in depends on the Covid restriction protocols as normal.Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

Amazing thai dishes in the heart of Conifer Grove, Takanini. Enjoyed the food but their chicken pad thai can be improved more.Love their fried banana ice cream.

Very very disapointed, was looking for a lovely meal to end to the day. An hour and a half of still no dinner as they lost our order and didnt realize. Too many takeaway orders and people dining in ignored. We weren't the only table to walk out.

Come on NatchaThai !! We were really disappointed with the takeaway from this evening. We came there after seeing many good reviews but didnt have a good experience. We ordered a thai hot stir-fry, the quantity was very less for $18.00 and it was more towards mild to medium spicy. Pork and veges were thrown in a red curry based gravy. We doubt even the order received was correct. This was the first time we got food from you, sorry to say that you guys didn't meet our expectations.

very small serving for a $20 order. Compared to other thai restaurants we order through uber, this is the smallest serving we have ever gotten. more nuts than tofu anf veggies. :( Disappointing for the price. I should have checked reviews before purchasing. seems the same as other delivery orders. Tastes too salty too. I dont normally post reviews of taste but the amount of serving is not acceptable for me.
