Grant had some great solutions to a bespoke issue we had with our door making it easy to get the right door fitted and installed. Although one of our two cats wasn't able to use it initially through no fault of Grants. Grant had great follow up and was able to sort a solution for us. Both our cats are now safe and happy our home.Thanks for your great service Grant.

Grant has today installed a microchip cat door in our full height double glazed back door. Grant has excellent communication and advice and was extremely well priced compared to other quotes (including one that was nearly twice the price for the same thing). Fantastic experience all round! Called and spoke to a guy called Grant, enquiring about purchasing a new cat door. He was extremely rude and I cannot believe this person is working in customer service. He sounded annoyed that I had called, and after asking him a few questions about the door which he was reluctant to answer, he accused me of being difficult and hung up on me. Unbelievable

Terrible customer service and site visit etiquette. Disorganised and rude. Prices are unreasonable for quality of workmanship and parts. Overall; the cat door seems a little small, they don't accept credit card payment (ridiculous considering prices, and they advised this was accepted) and I feel like I chose the worst option. Unfortunately, I didn't check the reviews due to being in a rush.

Grant installed an intermediate dog door on our property. He came over quickly after being contacted and it was done within a week. Incredibly fast and accurate. We shopped around for quotes and the Cat Door Company was highly affordable in comparison to other companies and by far more efficient. If your looking for budget friendly, quick and great quality - definitely the right company to go too.
