Was super busy, service was meh...... but the food was amazing. My wife and I shared the Lamborghini, my new fav. Highly recommend the food not so much the rest of the experience.

Food was delicious but did take a bit of time, however they did seem quite busy.Our waitress teya (or Taya) was amazing and ensured we were well taken care of telling us about my dads free birthday dessert and saved us some money. Only real downfall was the wait for food, but they were busy and our waitress gave us great service during this period, offering constant updates and extra drinks, and the guy at the front counter, when we got up to pay and mentioned the wait he was quite flippant, but it could have been a bad night for him as he did sound quite sick.

Empties bottles & glasses were not removed from our table the bar was covered in empty bottles & glasses for over an hour this was a function with set numbers there appeared to be insufficient staff for all the mess.Food was great when it arrived how ever people didn't get there correct orders.

Ordered drinks and mains, 45 min mains arrived, drinks arrived 10min later after many requests. Front of house did credit our drinks.Food was good but portions seem to have got a lot smaller . A disappointing night out

Lovely service from our waiter. Very busy. Unfortunately the food was very disappointing and not worth the money.Entrées were sub par. Weird smells from the salmon dish. Drinks were flat. Would definitely recommend going elsewhere or for the restaurant to revamp their menu.

Ten of us visited Lone star for dinner. The place was nearly empty. Lots of seats were available. We had made reservations but we were able to choose the seating when we arrived. This was great. The atmosphere is great, the Lone Star architecture has a lot of stain that brings out a western outlook. The food was nice but mains are more than $30 plus. You can also order two entrees to make up your mains. My only negative feedback is this: it would be good if all the food came out together so we can start together. Some main came out after 10 to 15 minutes and by this time some of our colleagues were just finishing their meals. Otherwise, all good. Cheers

I came to Rototuna LoneStar a while ago; at first, it was brilliant. Our waitress came over promptly and gave us the rundown- we ordered entrees and mains, which were pretty priced but not bad. What shocked us was when my husband asked our waitress what the wifi password was. She told us and even helped my husband put it in the phone. It didn't work, which she explained was unusual, and she'd go ask the manager. When she came back, she looked distressed and said something along the lines of I'm so sorry. This might come across as rude

I booked online for a 6:30pm slot. We arrived at 6:10pm and had a drink at the bar where we were told we would be called at 6:30pm for our table. At 6:40pm I went and asked if our table was ready. We weren't seated till 7:10pm. We ordered a selection of starters to share, the bread was stale, calamari was chewy and the ribs were cold. I think we would have been better to go next door to the good neighbour and get a share platter for $45 which includes calamari, nibbles, pork belly and chips.
