Shosha Tauranga

Have visited here a few times. Don't view myself as a professional but just a regular young guy in his early 20's.. most shops usually don't discriminate towards how a person looks but I feel that workers in this store do. The workers I have dealt with in this store are rude, showing no interest in me being there or having manners when interacting, not letting me feel comfortable in the store by pressuring me about what I want or to see my Identification and have even showed attention to friends in the store before costumers. I have only experienced this with Indian workers unfortunately.. although the prices are a little bit higher the quality on products are very good. To any young male I feel like you should only visit this store if in last resort... I'm sure they treat everyone else absolutely fine.. Work on appropriate costumer service guys! Not happy

Great customer service, always helpful and have time for a quick chat. Never buying anywhere else again. These guys at shosha tauranga are legendary. Keep up the great work guys. Always feeling the great hospitality walking in there. #LEGENDS!!!

First time in this store as we're from Hamilton and such a good experience! Friendly staff member (I believe he was the manager) exceptional service and a huge variety of products in stock that are always sold out in Waikato stores. 10/10

Always really helpful, knowledgeable staff :) thanks for the new Mighty. I think it's not worth the money. I have to hit it quite a few times, as the salesman suggested I would. So, not surprised just a bit disappointed to have spent nearly a grand on it. So much hype about it too.

They can certainly sell you stuff but customer service and knowledge from these guys is very poor. Especially in the Tauranga branch. I have bought a few things in the past, last one I returned a device as faulty and man the delays in sorting, never got a phone call off them for an update etc took weeks! Also in past they tell people in shop sub ohm on 50mg is fine! They are cheap, but comes with the service, cheap.

We really enjoyed our shopping experience yesterday. 2 very knowledgeable young blokes with heaps of character. Highly recommend the Cameron Road Store. :-)

What can i say? how about Excellent Customer Service!The store is always clean, and well stocked, genuine products.These guys are friendly and they know their stuff,They're very helpful too, if you want a massive variety of e-juice flavours (and devices) you can't beat them. massive stock of glassware and accessories" too...I'll call this my local any day. There customer service skill have definitely improved, as well as there knowledge around salts and devices. I regularly visit them because some of there juices are amazing. Store is well layed out and very clean.

I always purchase my vapes accessories & juice from Shosha on Cameron Road. They have a wide range of everything you require for your vaping experience!

Tarryn, an awesome salesman needs to get a commission for what he's selling. Gave a Xmas present early and was really surprised about the glowing n the dark. Job well done ✔
