Absolutely poor product range, over priced and items always out of stock. This town needs some competition as NW charges Premium prices but the service is anything but. Why is the Organic Milk always OOS when everyone other retailer in the Waikato has it?

New Shop is nice wide isles. Lots of new products but the same old friendly staff. Some even remember my name when I haven't lived there for decades. Nice to pop through for road trip supplies.
