Extremely rude when i had my appointment booked for a week for an event turned up for my appointment this morning to my shock with an older hairdresser who sat me down and began feeling throughout my hair pulling faces and to be told she won't put through foils as I had booked and rudely suggested just a touch up on my roots. Bluntly saying again she won't do my hair I was not happy. The way she spoke was extremely rude. Would NOT recommend this place.I walked out and went to vivo hair who were very welcoming and my hair looked amazing.

Girls here are bloody amazing! I'm usually a 5 at best of times on the hot scale.. But once I got my hair all done in tip top shape. Bloody borderline 10 for sure.

The staff are wonderful! Great product range. Amazing experienced stylist!.

Unprofessional.I was happy with the color. But the service was awful! I asked for my hair to be straightened after my color and she said ' I'm not doing it you can do it yourself' so I was awkwardly straightening my own hair. There was an apprentice next to me playing with her mannequin hair But I still had to pass up foils to the hairdresser!!! I paid $200 to do half the job myself! I complained to the owner and the response was 'I'll get back to you when I come back from holiday's didn't get a response after 2 further emails. I'm also a hairdresser myself so this was supposed to be a treat. I'd never treat my clients the way they do.

Went into make a booking and was greeted by a rude and very unfriendly receptionist. Did not even bother to take a look for the next available appointment. Thank you for not wasting my time- maybe a lesson in customer service would be of value to your salon.

Went in for my appointment awful atmosphere from the time I reached the counter, told you are 7mins early, thought that would be to their advantage not a problem. The person who was meant to do my hair did not even acknowledge I was there, new staff, I waited over 20mins after my appmt time and was not acknowledged until their customer left ...There was only two staff in shop surprised at the rudness of both of them. Staff in the past have offered you a drink or something to make you feel welcome especially if you are waiting way beyond your appt time. Finally the girl asked about my hair and when I told her what I needed she rudely said that it would cost me so much...I was surprised as have being going to this salon for 2 years and have a set price.....this price was way far more than what I normally paid. She went away and came back 10mins after I told her to look at my notes from past apptmts while she left me sitting in the salon for 10mins more for no reason. It was embarrassing and awful being there I felt the girl just wanted to make more money. I couldnt stay after that so upset, so said this is the worst customer service I have ever had in a salon and left. Would not recommend this salon if you want a good experience.
