Long way out (we went via Tarawera falls) but was very quiet and peaceful. Lovely views, great place for photos/photoshoots.

This place blew my mind... apparently we got lucky with the lack of crowds mid week and no wind. Stayed at a great AirBnB with views from above and were lucky enough to get taken to some incredible thermal hot spots on the lake.
