Of the many Podiatrists I have seen over the years Richard is one of the most knowledgeable. Well worth the wait to get an appointment.

Have been seeing Richard for almost a year now - both in Dunedin and when he has clinics in Cromwell. He has been extremely helpful and a delight to deal with. Definitely recommended to all - the wait is worth the knowledge, care and expertise that you receive.

The doctor I saw was pretty condescending. I had ingrown toenails and he made it seem like it was my fault. He didn’t want to solve the problem, just let it see how it turned out in a week. After I insisted that a proper surgery be done because I’d already seen my GP twice and they told me to go here, he finally did the surgery. Then he cut the toenails back without any numbing, and no acid to stop it from regrowing. He said it was the best fix and if the problem came back to see him again to do it again. In the end he didn’t even fix the problem. They came back a month later and I sure wasn’t going to see them again.Went to a different GP who saw my toes and fixed the problem. He used numbing, and the acid. He even gave me extra bandages and anti-Bactrian to put on my toes for the recovery.

The lady I saw was very helpful in attending to my ingrown toe nail recently. Made me feel very relaxed.

Because I have CP it’s really hard to look after my toenails. Got into a state where I couldn’t walk right. Thankfully no judgement here! Pure understanding! I go here often when I need help every now and then. Normally they can see me soon as next day. Thank you very much for your help.

Bad service. Overpriced. Podiatrist forgot what instructions he gave me and then didnt keep any notes about the type of shoe insert he has made me. Then pis $40 for special foam"."
