I was incredibly pleased with the work done to my window. After requesting the job to be done, I had a response within 15 minutes and Jordan was at my place within 45 minutes. The whole job took less than an hour and looks excellent. A quality service that puts all of the other windows in the flat to shame. If you do end up passing something through the window inadvertently, ICU Glass is the company for you. I could not recommend the company enough

Jordan did an awesome job, great communication and really thorough with his work. Really prompt turn around, which made things so much easier. He pointed out an issue with the window frame and was quick on finding an interim solution and recommending next steps.

Jordan worked in with our painters on our bungalow doing window repairs. He took one of our doors offsite to fit it with safety glass and returned it ASAP. He was flexible and worked in well with our schedules.

Really happy with the job Jordan did. A couple of glaziers said our window was too small for a cat door and it couldn't be done. Jordan talked me through what we could do, and gave me quotes for all options. Great communication, kept in touch every step of the way. Would definitely recommend!

Jordan removed the old, broken leaded panes and replaced them with a new pane of opaque glass. He communicated clearly, arrived on time, explained what needed to be done, did his work efficiently, and charged the agreed price. We highly recommend him.
