I got my ears cleaned there recently. They were efficient and I'm very happy with the service provided. I would most certainly do it again if there's another large build up of wax lodged inside my ears!

Wanting to be enrolled, finally found here and decided to settle for this one over another 4 practices with more negative feedbacks. However, the flexibility and effectiveness of the reception or administration for registering of GP is questionable.Filled in a new patient enrolled form and was told that I can not be seen without a note if the patient was previously seen at another practise. I specifically chose this practise because there were 6 spots available and I need my medication and certificate urgenly. The lady might be knowledgeable but offered a very text book correct solution without empathy. From the tone of voice, assuming that she was swamped by the work load.What a pitty. Shame.

What an awesome experience at your earwax clinic! I brought my daughter in as her ears were feeling full and blocked. The lovely nurse really took the time to explain and make sure my daughter felt at ease. The whole process was so quick and easy and my daughters ears are so much better. Thank you!

This week I visited this community healthcare group to have my ears syringed .The whole procedure went very well .No more cotton buds for me.I was given good advice regarding keeping my ears in better condition as they were very dry inside.Thoroughly recommend to others needing to have really good ear clean out".The nurses there were wonderful and very friendly. Thanks guys."

Phoenix Health hub is the best doctors practice. So happy I made the move here, the receptionist lady is really lovely and my doctor Sara is really good too, one of the best doctors I've had in a long time

I had a microsuction ear wax removal appointment today with anna and she was great she was very determined to get everything out that she left herself with a very short lunch break
