Poor quality product and the worst customer service. The guy is not sensible. Even if you buy in bulk he has no respect for his customers. First they allow pick up and then they behave like why are you even here. We have tried a few times. But the same behavior again and again. They like smoking inside their over packed storage where their office desk is in the same storage to attend the customers.

Thanks very much. Made an online order and immediately realised I had accidentally (on purpose) ordered the wrong part. Got in touch with them and they fix up my order - no fuss. Part arrived 2 days later. Cheers

Worse customer service once again and the oil filter wrench doesn’t even match its description. Got home and it was too small . Waste my time to travel and buy here . Super cheap oil filter wrench $23Should have gone there first

Worst customer service around. I called whilst looking at the product online, gave the full name and was met with I don't know what that is" in a very aggressive and rude tone. Despite me explaining 4 times this was the name on their website of the product they made me give them the trade me product. When I told them to wait they sighed

So Impressed by Netmall Trading I spoke to them on the phone as I didn't read the listing Properly after I followed the listing measurement information and measuring my old parts I bought them There and then I could have picked the Parts from their store but I Work long hours and time didnt allow for myself But they arrived 7 days after I didn't mind that as nz post may have been rather busy the Quality of their Goods is Absolutely outstanding after an easy fitment to my car it was a Wow Experience I am super Inpressed with their products and Packaging I would Definitely trade again and I would fully Recommend them 100%

If there's zero star that's what I will give this store. Went on Saturday morning to check the carburetor adjustment tools if it's the right size I'm looking for. The salesperson was already agitated (maybe because of the discussion with the customer ahead of me) and rude in answering questions and always saying oh we don't have that" until I told him that they have a listing on trademe. He has no patience in dealing with customers
