Booked full body massage last night. Expressed my dissapointment at the time of leaving that I didn't feel as though I got that. No arms, hands, feet or thigh included. To me, not a full body massage. Young lady said only usually back and lower legs included. Thinking that should be made clear at the start.

Fantastic hairdresser Rowena - has great technical knowledge, down to earth and friendly.Also beautician available and very good - you can get your eyes etc beautified while you wait for your colour to process.
