Terrible! Simply terrible! One of their drivers (the Co-ordinatior no less) reversed into my car in a hotel car park, while I stationary. He did give me his details, but he later claimed that I was to blame for the accident and his total failure to check his rear view mirror.If you want to be driven by a careless driver who commits insurance fraud, this is the firm for you.
