i am appalled by his attitude and service, i usually go to phone repair nz on bower avenue in New Brighton only charges $100 for a phone screen, he has great service and is very kind. but unfortunately he is on holiday, which is not a problem he deserves it. i got my phone screen repaired due to my phone falling out while i was fixing my roof on my house, it fell screen first on the concrete driveway a few days back cost me $156 with a screen protector. it set me back quite a lot and almost had me not being able to pay a very important bill that allows me to have a roof over my head, today my phone fell on the side of the phone from a seat in my van to a leather floor. it fell about less than a foot, the screen protector and the screen was shattered which confused me. i took it to him i asked if its covered under warranty which he said to me in person it would, he said its not even though he said that to me verbally, he showed me no warranty statement or anything to tell me what was covered and what was not. I took it to another shop and they said the screen protector and screen was both fake, which cured my confusion. it angered me as i paid the price for a real screen but got a fake one, i understand inflation is a pain in our backsides but dishonest work to make more money is not the way to go. i will not be coming back here again and ill be taking this further. he has refused to give me a refund

Excellent service and advice, they fixed our Ipad and did a battery change on the IPhone.. Highly recommended
