I was hesitant after seeing the bad service reviews but the young man there was super fast and polite. I was the only one there but he served my pudding and pearl in under a minute!Have hope people.

TBH I am gongcha addict so I always love my Dirtea. Prices for gongcha are same everywhere. Amazing staffs unlike some other branches.

Honestly their teas are very bland to my liking, they have horrible customer service and have atrocious attitudes towards me.I always am willing to give them another try and opportunity but the same lady is always very rude. I am a mall worker and get free upsizes but they all pull sour faces at me.Other gongchas are by far better, I find this bubble tea store very not up to standard.Their brown sugar milk tea comes with no pearls and is literally just brown sugar flavoured milk tea. Has no brown sugar drizzle like other bubble tea stores.

go-to and delicious boba :p sometimes I find at this gongcha, the service is a bit slow and there was one rare occasion where an incorrect topping was added and less change given - it was just a mistake though

Tbh I was a little skeptical of coming here even tho I’ve been to other gong cha’s, the reviews here are so bad but I decided to give it a go. I got the taro milk drink with pearls. The only problem is that it was room temperature even tho I got 70% ice, other than that the drink itself tasted fine. The customer service wasn’t great but that part doesn’t bother me too much.

Very disappointed with the service today! The employee had gotten my order wrong and when I kindly said to her this isnt what i ordered she said oh i thought thats what you pointed at on the picture and said sorry then looked at me. I was expecting her to atleast offer to make me the drink I initially ordered but just stood there. I was willing to wait while she get the drinks done for two other customers behind me but could tell she wasnt bothered. I just threw away my drink purely because I was not happy about her lack of customer service and couldnt enjoy my gong cha anymore.

Delicious bubble tea. I loved that the tea taste was strong. Not giving 5 stars though because when I asked the staff for their recommendation for drinks with a strong tea taste, they just pointed me to the best sellers but wasn't able to offer recommendations for drinks I was hoping for.

I don’t know if it’s just me but they always make really good tea at this Gongcha. Feels like the pearls to tea ratio is perfect . The other stores I’ve been to feel like they don’t add enough pearls . I’ve been to the st lukes, Silvia Park , two in the city and the one in new market and out of all of them this is my favourite .

The menu most of the green tea n smoothie sections were sold out for weeks, the staff couldn’t understand what I was talking about n the drinks he changed into another drink which cost more. Than I told him that the cost was wrong n the drink was wrong but he was barely understanding it so I showed him the receipt n he took it n didn’t even give back the money. I just ignored n went away with it but the service was terrible. He didn’t understand what I was saying, didn’t give the right cost overall looking at this place’s reviews I think the customer service should be really fixed.
