AA Centre - Meadowlands

I approached the counter after a customer had left only to be greeted" with a dismissal wave away of the hand and a curt comment of "not yet"I would suggest to find staff who represent your business in a positive light. If the center doesn't want business then I have no problems giving my money somewhere else and recommending everyone else to do the same. This behavior was enough to make me drive to another center 20 minutes away where I would rather wait in a line that was 20 deep"

This was a terrible experience. There was only one staff member serving a cue that had above 10 people in line. I had waited in line for a hour and a half and the line barely moved. This branch is clearly unstaffed. It was so slow I had decided to take my daughter's learner's licence test else where, that had very fast service and she was able to do the test on the spot in less than 15 minutes. Disappointed with my experience.

It’s a smooth transaction today and a happy result on my learners test. Indeed the Q is quite long and took a while and it’s all worth it. It’s upsetting to wait but looking at the staffs doing their job efficiently is not upsetting at all. Thank you so much to the Filipino lady who assisted me today. She’s very cheerful and accommodating.

They closes at 4.00pm, I arrived there 3.40pm but they do not allowed me to go inside to register the car. Totally waste my time. Very disappointed, never think AA provide that bad service.

Should be lower than a one star. Line up for 30mins and then get to the counter and they close. Staff are so disengaged with customers and was told to line up with others and told to push in front of others who had been waiting. No wonder there are annoyed customers with staff unmotivated and clearly not wanting to work there. Would avoid this place at all costs.

I'd give a 5 star only if the wait times were better but having to wait for almost 2 hours to be served is just far too long. Its the same with AA in Manukau.Absolutely love Tina! Her service ethics and friendliness is infectious!

It's not AA but ZZ in terms of customer service. An old lady was asked out of the queue from sitting in the chair only because the lady is here to help her granddaughter out with driver license application, instead of queueing for her own business. Other customers didn't mind at all when she's sitting there being asked out by the staff. The staff gave her another chair outside the line but of course she refused with anger. She felt offended being parted with her granddaughter, but the staff thought they were helping her.Not to mention every AA centre has a ridiculously long queue all the time with local residents waiting hours only to find out they missed some documents and have to come again another time. Staff are definitely not good at customer service although they don't want us to be aggressive. AA doesn't represent New Zealand in a good way. It humiliates New Zealand instead.While waiting I could notice employees performance. A staff are not patient with customers as I noticed once in Manukau centre and another time in Meadowlands. She's good at tasks but she seems overwhelmed with the workload as people keep coming but AA management failed to increase the number of employees, leaving two or three of them facing one after another customers who repeatly ask them the same questions. Staff get tired doing same tasks again and again with limited resources, and customers are tired of coming every time sacrificing their half days too. When could AA management face the low rating and really care about their employees by themselves?

This is a busy place. There is a long queue every time I visit it, normally half of hour waiting time. So don't make your schedule too tight when this place is on your listThe staff members are knowledgeable and very patient.

I really don’t want give even 1 star but 0 stars instead. Very very bad and unacceptable service. I was there at 4:35pm today and got told they have so many people to attend that they will not able to finish at 5pm. Which I only see 4 people in the center: 2 already on the counter and 2 on the queues. I have normally don’t review but today I was so angry.I knocked on the door and I explained that I lost my driver license and need get a replacement to be able to drive.The employee basically said: ‘ok’, then locked the door in front of me.This is upsetting because 1. I wasted my time and 2. I have try to finish work early.

Appalling. 1 hour 20 minutes from 1:30pm on a Tuesday to get a licence renewal form processed. A line of 8 people waiting for over an hour with maybe 4 people served with 2 staff. Multiple people returned to the counters over and over. 2 counters for driver licensing & absolutely no urgency. Would find another location if you value your time. These sort of processes need to move online - or be properly staffed to function
