This must be the best customer service in the country! I haven’t encountered such wonderful customer service in the past 30 years. Krystle is a gem and bent over backwards to get my purchase to me as quick as humanly possible. It’s just a big ‘wow’ from me!!

I have placed two orders with queenb and have been happy with their teams exceptional coustomer service from time of placing order to receiveing goods. I highly recommend their products as they are amazing quality and are genuine from the source . My Seneca Egyptian sheets are the best sheets I have ever bought. If you want to buy exceptional high end quality products you are spoilt for choice with the wide range queenb offer's not to mention great prices to which is hard to find anywhere else.

I ordered last week, took them Tuesday to email me saying they dont have the sheets I ordered, when replied it then took them until late evening to email back to reply stating it would be sent out on that day. Nothing since this morning then I received an email with my tracking number saying it only just got picked up today??? It states 1-2 buisness days for ordered, not a bloody week and then some. Not impressed and will not be buying from them again.

Have purchased from QueenB on two occasions and have been extremely happy both times.Website is relatively easy to navigate, along with checkout process.First order was received within a week of ordering. Second order was received within 24hours of ordering!!! Very impressed.Products have always been as described, if not better.
