Furry Babies Daycare

Absolutely a good place furr babies to go. Penny is no longer depressing due to both of us are busy in working during the day. She’s now completely back to normal, happy & active. Strongly recommend!!

A great place for daycare and boarding! Our Shih-tzu Maltese LOVED going here for years and it built up his courage a lot. Lovely staff that genuinely care about the dogs and cats in their care. Highly recommended!!

both of my dogs are super enjoyed there groom, before went to other place, they were very scared of clapping nails, and not allows me to touch the nails as well. but after attending to this place, my dogs are not refuse me to touch the nails. so magical. the groomer mush super nice and patiently to them. and my dogs are love the place some much, every time I Drive in to the road, they are starting very exciting and once I open the door they run to the room immediately. all are the staff can remember dogs name, feel so warm and welcome. highly recommend!!

Communication is huge guys, especially when it's a new customer looking at potentially becoming a part of your dog daycare family. If you dont want our dog or our money it is ok we understand and respect everyone's rules for their business, but it would be nice if at least you could let us know instead of just asking a few questions which we answered within 4 minutes of receving your email and then we hear absolutely nothing back from you guys and its pretty much 1 week later. Its a real shame especially when you are recommended by current clients to new people.

Sam and the team at Furry Babies were really patient and accommodating to our dog with behaviour issues. It's a smaller space with a low limit on how many dogs are there at a time, which may suit lower energy or more nervous dogs. The staff know their stuff and were always happy to give feedback at the end of the day, which really helped us with our dog's ongoing training. The photo updates on social media were also nice to see when we were at work. Our dog wasn't ready for daycare in the end, but we're really greatful for the attention and care they provided her in her time there.

I think the staff to dog ratio is unacceptable.We drop off our dog in the hopes that he will be watched/monitored and taken care of. We’ve noticed that after a long day of daycare everyday our boy has come home with either an upset tummy and or vomiting from bits and bobs that shouldn’t be eaten. And although I’m well aware dogs do eat anything and everything in sight sometimes, it’s still no excuse to not monitor what they are doing. We also picked up our dog from a full day at day care and when we got home we found that he had been badly bitten by another dog. The owner of furry babies did not mention anything on pick up. He was bleeding and needed stitches. When I asked the owner what had happened, the only response was “we didn’t see any fights today”. How could you if there’s only about 2-3 staff and about 30- 35 dogs a day. Not happy at all and will not be bringing him back.

We have had our to Griffons Bono & Mindy with Sam & her lovely team twice in the last week!!! It is their first time with Furrry Babies Daycare and both times have came home very HAPPY and very KNACKERED!!! THANK YOU all so much !!! And will definitely be back soon !!!! Would highly recommend Furry Babies Day Care to any dog owner. We’ve got our puppy during the lock down period, he was once a very shy boy due to lack of socialisation. After been to Furry Babies Day Care a few weeks our beloved puppy is growing in to a wonderfully confident dog. They are treating him as their own baby. Professional and reliable. Very trustworthy!
