The staff were really sweet and gave me some good recommendations for books, however the book I brought had scribbles on some of the pages which sucked

Rude just rude. Words just not enough to describe about the front desk. She may had a hard day but please don't put that to other customers.

The staff member wasn't very helpful. I was asking about a book and just pointed it to the direction. I asked again for a particular hardbound copy, and she answer me with disgust. It feels that there was no costumer service at all.

Great store, staff were so friendly and helpful. They had an awesome promo on. So I managed to get a whole bu cu of border busters for school holidays and some books.
