Booked some scaffolding for our home renovations. Hire pool double booked and gave it away to someone else when we had already reserved it. With no other scaff available we were asked to rebook. This was not an option for us as the date we had booked was the only time off I had from work to complete it, now I am going to have to postpone it at least 3 months which may not be possible due to weather technicalities so this has caused a huge upset in our renovations. Major preparations were made for the scaffold to arrive only to be told it’s not coming, massively disappointing. Will be booking through Kennards in the future.

Just nothing is a problem. The team are great, the truck was fully equipped with a taillift and i half expected something to go wrong as i have had experience hiring small trucks before from other places. We were very pleasantly surprised. 4day hire at$1200 seems a bit expensive tho, daily rate could be cheaper.

Received vehicle 5 hours late. They ruined our whole trip. Staff was very rude. When I ask why it's late he said this is how it is, we sent the vehicle for servicing, nothing we can do. There isn't any single apologetic words came out from staff's mouth.When I went for returns the vehicle, I kindly ask the staff for check the vehicle in front of me because I dont trust on him. He literally denied to check the vehicle and said we will check in our own time. I explained him that I have now trust issues with him so can you please check everything's ok with the vehicle in front of me.... but no, he was keep arguing with me. He can just come out and check the vehicle for few minutes. I came back to the shop after 10 minutes and he was talking with his fellow colleagues. So basically he was able to check the vehicle on the spot in front of me.In contract they said allowed Kms are unlimited, but when I receive the final invoice they mantion the allowed Kms are 300.So basically it was my first and last experience with hirepool Henderson.I feel like I was trapped.

Used many times but sadly got a bit tired of the lack of regular customer love. Went to Kennards across the road, within months no more having to go through the ID process or any of that, much more smiles & happiness to see me, & much better pricing.Not a bad hire place though, end of the day they have a lot of stuff.Cheers.
