Its awesome. Love to do yoga. When I tried first I was feeling bit dizzy coz of heat but after 2 classes and with the help of staff I could cope up with heat . It's my second week I am feeling more energetic and my lower back pain is getting improved. Very reasonable price . Highly recommended to all .

Lovely studio & facilities, and VERY kind, wonderful instructors. I've experienced 3 instuctors so far & each one was terrific in their own unique way.Best sleeps of my adult life after the Yin classes.Very, very happy I have finally started this after about 2 decades of procrastination! :)

I must say I was quiet skeptic about the whole idea of doing yoga in a warm temperature. Extremely surprise to find out that my body adjust to the temp within 10 minutes because the temp is the same as your body temp. I am obviously very stiff and out of shape but the trainer was great in explaining in the beginning of the class that they do not empowered petfection or uniformity of the pose. Its more about your body and the limit it can take. So when it was a really hard pose. I just do the most basic move or strecth around and I did exactly that. I rest when I felt uncomfortable and I continue as I felt ready again. Do not get suck in others fear or horror story. Find out for yourself then decide.
