BBQ facilities work 1 out of 2.BBQ facilities are dirty so bring cleaning gear. If you don't it has a new world opposite for supplies. Awesome park for kids. Lots of parking.

Great park, playground and road safety course located on the main street (SH2) in Carterton. The road safety course deserves special mention, designed and funded with the help of the Carterton Lions Club, it has working traffic lights, a bus stop, roads with signed intersections, a round about and a light controlled pedestrian crossing, everything you need yo educate a child (and some adults) about road safety. My kids spent ages playing and learning. They had a great time. The park also has play equipment, toilets, a skate bowl and a picnic area. Definitely worth stopping to stretch the legs.

Kids play , dog walking, bbq area and exercise for adults. Enclosed play area for the little ones plus traffic light bicycle/scooter park

Decent enough playground and park.Gym equipment there.Easy to find for local events eg the carnival. Plenty of shading with large trees. Quite a busy place the two weekends we stopped by.

Playground well overdue for a rebuild or revamp. Nice walk around the field. Skate park very old and small. Bike track and skate area suffer from tree debris year round unfortunately.
