I organised my Nelson Wedding from overseas and was so happy with the customer service from far away. Replies to my emails were always prompt and willows went the extra mile to understand what I wanted and deliver for me on the day. Had to send some flowers to someone in NZ and ordered online through Willow Floral. I liked their range on the website hence why I picked them. They emailed me on the day of delivery to check if I wanted a message as the one I wrote online didn't come through their system. The recipient was very happy with the arrangement. Very good service. Highly recommend.

Beautiful arrangement, as the receiver was not home, the flowers and chocolate were left out of sight, and in the shade, and a card left tucked in the front door to advise where they were. I would definitely highly recommend Willow.
