Nice options for holidays and vacations. I found the service and response of this travel agency to be excellent. Easily 5-stars. The staff has proven to be very courteous and helpful from the very beginning, trying to organize at the best our trip. The travel agent was very knowledgeable and helpful in assisting us to meet our travel needs, considering everything booked, including airline tickets, transfers from the airports to the hotels, tour guides, and attractions

Amazing service from Katie. She helped organise a stress free travel for me last year! I was panicking because of Post Covid travel and flights kept getting delayed. Katie was alongside me, helped explained the process and sort out connecting flights.

Zero concern for the poor experience they sold us. No effort made to help during an insanely stressful incident, no follow up to ensure we managed to get sorted and get home. Emails ignored. Awful holiday sold as a luxury experience - 4 star rated was actually only 2 stars (being generous). When concerns were raised before departing, they were brushed off, turns out they were very valid. Would not recommend.
