I had a great experience today at Embody. I booked in with Hannah for a 60 minute sports massage before my powerlifting competition on Saturday. The massage was great. My shoulders feel much better. I felt very comfortable with Hannah. I will be returning next week for another massage. Thanks so much!

Had a massage with Hannah yesterday. I went in not really knowing what I was after. She was very good at listening and working out a plan for the session. She took into account my daily activities and was able to release tension from places I didn’t know I carried it. Was one of the best massages I have had in NZ. Already looking forward to my next booking. 10/10 Thanks

I've neglected myself for too long! (Like us mums do!!) I arrived tense, tight and worn out. I appreciated Teresa's intuitiveness for identifying spots I needed work on, although never working on me before. She had listened carefully to what I said and offered different options. (How many massages have I had where the therapist has ignored me entirely and I've left bruised and irritated!) I left Teresa feeling looser, relaxed, mentally soothed and refreshed like I'd had me time" with substance and quality!"
