JAE Carpet Cleaning Tasman

This is the first time we have used JAE's and they were fantastic!! We had a number of difficult stains on our wool carpet - some quite old. They were able to treat and remove them all - and then give all carpeted areas of the house a thorough clean. Special thanks must go to Neal and Patrick, the two cleaning technicians that have worked on our carpet over the last couple of weeks. They were, thorough, professional, considerate and courteous. They not only did a superb job with our carpet - but gave us a lot of handy hints and advice too. It is not often I feel inclined to right a review for a company, but the service provided by JAE;s was so exceptional that it's a real pleasure to do so on this occasion. Thanks JAE's and I'll be coming to you for sure next time our carpet needs some expert attention.

Jae's have been excellent to work with. I've used them personally when we had a wasp invasion at home - I didn't even know they did that kind of thing! I deal with them regularly through work - they are a friendly, helpful team who do an excellent job.Highly recommended.

Jae Tasman did an amazing job on the tile grout in our house. Didn't think 11 year old grout could look so good. Steve did an awesome job and so professional. Carpets came up beautifully also. Thank you so much. Would definitely recommend.

Can't rate these guys high enough. Everywhere we have lived for the last 30 yrs we get our home pest proofed. We moved to Ruby Bay and everyone told us we would never get rid of the cockroaches, which were the biggest we have seen and everywhere. After Jae's completed their work we saw a couple a days for a few days, but in the 5 mths since not 1. Including in the wood shed! Best result we have ever had. thanks team for the fabulous treatment.
