Disappointing.The good: Opening an account online is simple and easy.The bad: Trying to setup a term deposit and requested for rate match. a) Cannot match the rate. b) I am not able to setup a term deposit online or through the app. Westpac requires me to visit their branch for the term deposit.At the end I place my money with Heartland @4.2% for 12-month and ANZ for 12-month @ 4.2%. ANZ is the only major bank that can match Heartland's 4.2%, good on you, ANZ.Both without the need to visit their branch.

This was my first time using this branch and I received excellent service this morning. The bank teller was very patient despite the unusual request and both her and her colleague or supervisor who she asked to help were very happy and friendly to deal with.

Cunning, pathetic, twisted and crooked, at the lowest levels. This bank steals from everyone of its customers. Just got my credit card cancelled, for not using it. Liars, have it on record, our banking has flaws, yet it’s up-to-date and ahead in payments. Never trust these goons up there. Thank you Mia for your understanding, why I was upset. Khan.
