This company were a pleasure to deal with, our driver Tim ensured we could tour the island at our pace which was excellent!!! we also had property left on the coach that was returned the next day with the help of their great team. I was so grateful for this 'above and beyond' service of a taxi shuttle. The driver was waiting for us with a written sign waving about when we got off the ferry, and his sense of humour extended to flicking the internal lights on and off when asked for a bit of sunshine. One of the best arrangements I made was to book transportation with Waiheke Executive Transport. Geoff and Tim took great care of us by providing ferry transfers and an excellent five-hour guided trip around the island. Tim was lots of fun and really knew where to eat, drink, and hike on Waiheke.

I used Waiheke Executive Transport services three times at the weekend, and would recommend and sing there praises.In the past I got around Waiheke Island via bus, this time around I thought best use a taxi company as the appointment I attended was important. I booked three trips in total, all confirmed within minutes (stress free). The drivers arrived on time with text confirmation of arrives and happy to talk. We used the team at Waiheke Executive Transport for a private day tour of the wineries on Waiheke and they were outstanding. Our driver Lydia made our day with her wonderful and warm personality and just made the day that much more fun. Highly recommend!!!!

BOOK ANOTHER COMPANY - their own advice! Strongly recommend you take it!Not only did the booked taxi not show up, causing us to miss our flights, but when I called to see how far the driver was, the call centre woman said she had just started her shift and had no record of us and very casually and rudely just told us to call another company. I asked why she couldn’t just send us a taxi urgently and she just said she’s in a call centre and had no way of connecting to an actual driver and it would take her 15mins to try to achieve this. When your travel plans have been completed screwed by someone, it’s an extra kick when they make it so obvious they couldn’t care less.

We were on Waiheke bouncing around to different wineries. We took one to Stoneyridge and the staff at the winery told us it shouldn't be that expensive. what a bummer but, feeling like we just had to deal with the high prices we rang up a taxi here and shortly after, Lexi arrived. Not only did he give us an affordable price but he was so pleasant to ride with. He is the kind of person that we need more of. He was kind enough to give us his direct number and we called him another time. To end our trip perfectly, we lost track of time and were running to catch the ferry back to Auckland. Not sure if we we going to make the walk, a taxi appears over a hill, we flag it down and it was Lexi. He got us to the ferry without delay. Thank you Lexi for exceptional service. We will be sharing his contact information with anyone we know that visits the island.

Our taxi drivers were great until we went to leave the island.Then we experienced an extremely rude lady who growled us all the way to the ferry for being late off the bus (also not our fault and we advised of arriving in 5 to 10 mins time when booking) . Her metre started at 42 dollars for making her wait. She said this was a fair rate for her time. The full cost to our destination was 22 dollars on the way there.She said she was growling at us so we don't do that again.We will never use this taxi service again and advise others of the risk also and also not to use.Terrible service and behaviour from this lady totally put another spin on our lovely trip away to Waiheke.
