Rude old lady on the counter! Yelling at customers for forgetting masks and just bringing a damper on the whole shop! I’ve been coming into the same shop for years and every time she’s grumpy for no reason! Why have someone like that at the front? I encourage people to shop elsewhere to avoid this type of treatment! If I could put no stars I would! Sort yourselves out

St vinnies cares for people.The services that they offer to the community are top rated. The lunchs they give are hot nutritious and tasty. Good work from a top organization.

They donated 4 single beds, with a cost of $60.00 delivery...man would not unload truck...1 mattress was good and 2 based were ok...1 mattress looked like it was dragged out if someone's shed and the other 2 were springy and pokey...we went to tell them of the dirty mattress and that we did not want them and that we want our money back for unloading the truck...they denied the dirty mattress was theirs but that they would come and pick them up...still no one has come...the manager said he would come and get them but we still waiting...Disappointed...I appreciated the help, and the bedding has been picked up.

Went in and received some assistance with food and household items. Very friendly, very helpful and very understanding. Not judgemental or mean in the slightest. This was the most Humanising experience I have ever had. The store itself also has a wide variety of well priced and good quality items. A must shop if you're wanting to give back and a good stop if you need help, with love and compassion.
