Had viewed a particular item in the baby section online so off we went to the Papakura store. But I couldn't find it, thought it was sold out, I was wondering around with my arms full of other items, then lovely Ashley came and asked me if she could help me, and she did, I showed her what I had seen and she said they had only just received them, goods still in boxes, she offered to look for me, and she came back 20 minutes later, 2 beautiful Romper Jumpsuits in the sizes and colours I wanted.... Now that's customer service with her beautiful smile, thrown in for free, Thank you so much Ashley, Exceptional Customer service.. If I could rate your individual service 10 stars on this post I would.... ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It's a good place for those who wants shopping nice clothes, shoes, scarfs... the customer service center is very good and friendly! The price is very attractive!

Always a pleasure to deal with the staff here. Love that the store is bigger now. Only thing is, lack of parking. Parking just outside is luck of the draw so generally park at the Farmers car park building and take a little walk, which is fine :)

Great store, pretty local for me. Relaxed, friendly staff. Store nicely presented, open spaces not pokey & cluttered. I will be definitely shopping there again.

Some very good clothing specials. The quality is very good considering some of the low pricing. I'd say low profit margins and quick turnaround of stock really does attract customers. Their online shopping is very attractive as well.

Good collection of baby clothes. Great prices too. Unfortunately not a lot of options for smaller size women and older children. Lovely staff!!
