Disappointed, from the road it looks like a great course. It was really boggy, no rough, green has bumps in it which when hit deviates the ball path drastically, not sure if it gets mowed either makes teeing off extremely difficult when the grass is 3 inches long.Really easy for a beginner, just dont go thinking your going to be using your Driver on this course as there are only 2 par 4s and the other 7 par 3s
