My review correlates with the other customers appalled by the extremely poor service. For passport photos, just a couple of snaps, no comment, no advice, and smug comments. I did not expect the staff member to go out and beyond to provide exceptional service, but she did not even bother to do the bare minimum. It is shocking to see that this type of customer service is being constantly delivered, and no one bothers to amend this flaw.

I wish to give you no stars guys but unfortunately I can’t.Massive disappointment - today literally few hours ago I purchased “Hugo Side Table” price tag $89NZD.What massive extreme disappointment and nightmare were when I brought the box in our brand new house, opened it and …. Jeeeez a massive extreme smell of mould came from the box.My wife was distressed by the smell as we have a newborn and that’s was such a huge H&S concern.Will come to see you soon to give you back the unwanted mould.Not suggesting and recommending any purchase from you again guys to avoid such a unpleasant “surprises”.Images attached for reference and convenience for anyone.

Fantastic customer service from the staff here. I asked if I could return an printer component that I had already opened, only to discover that it was the wrong model. The box was damaged, but they gladly accepted my return, and gave me a refund on the spot. This was a very pleasant surprise.

old woman shireen was literally sooooo bad she kept on snapping at my friend and just kept angrily telling her she was printing off a photo wrong instead of offering any help ??? Literally SO bad like why is an old woman in customer service so eager to argue with young girls like my friend wasn’t rude or anything but Shireen kept in snapping at her

Had a horrible experience. Kishan (the manager on shift) printed someone else’s tickets off instead of mine and then when I asked him about it he started to verbally abuse me. He was yelling at me for no apparent reason, a nice lady then helped me but before she could get started he came back just to yell at me again and belittle me for the second time. This needs to be sorted out , absolutely disgusting to have someone with no customer service skills as a manager.

My kid's passport photo was below minimum pixel width. Warehouse stationary Albany did not reply to my email, so I went back to the store, where I was told unapologetically that the image had been deleted. No apologies at all. Would not trust for taking passport photos.

Terrible service. Old woman behind the counter at the copy desk was very unhelpful and very rude to me. She did not want to help me when I asked her for express photos and had to redo and pay for one photo 3 seperate times as she was unwilling to explain how the express service worked. Very unfriendly and very rude will not be coming back here again as I was treated very poorly by her.

Staff member named Narine provided terrible customer service. We paid $10 to print a passport photo at Albany Warehouse Stationery and asked for it to be cut. Initially, Narine refused to cut the photo, claiming that they do not provide that service, which was shocking considering they are a warehouse stationery store. We then requested a pair of scissors so we could cut it ourselves, but Narine refused again, citing health and safety concerns. We explained to Narine that we needed the passport photo cut immediately. Eventually, she reluctantly cut the photo but left excessive white space around it. I don't understand why she couldn't have initially cut it properly. This kind of service and attitude towards paying customers is unacceptable.
