Chris and George did a truly professional job in sorting out my car key. They did not give up when they were trying to get the chip in the key to basically talk to the computer in my car. It took a few shots and at no time did they give up when things weren't going to plan. Fantastic job guys, real professionals at work.

Fixed my boots (replaced rubber soles) and watch (clasp) for $80. I did not compare prices due to the lack of time I had so there might be cheaper places in the areaThe man helping me suggested a place where I could fix my iPhone which I thought was nice. I am pleased with this experience and would recommend this location based on their friendly customer service and the quality of repair they perform.

Service here was amazing - I have a pair of boots that had a highly damaged sole, requiring four build ups, and they are as good as new and look great after having them repaired here. Thank you!

I was very dissatisfied with my experience.I was told 10 minute wait for dog tag engrave. Returned 2 hours later, away from shop sign away for 2 hours. We came back 1.5 hours later to then wait for the dog tag to be done.I will never go back to this outlet.

I went to Mister Minit Merivale today with a query about getting some car keys cut. I was served by Chris the area manager, who I must say couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. He went out of his way to help me and even took the time to come out to my car. It’s not often these days you get someone prepared to go the extra mile to provide excellent customer service. Would definitely recommend, and I’ll certainly be back in the future.
