Im a building designer - have been using CHS for 7 or 8 years now and have had no problems at all. Have also recommended them to a number of friends & colleagues and been thanked for the recommendation. I constantly rely on their technical expertise & professionalism. Accordingly I have to wonder what is really behind the previous 2 reviews.

We manage over 50 properties in Wanaka and find Central Heating Solutions to be amazing to deal with! They stand by their product and installation and are there for support with any concerns. Professional, informative and highly recommended!

Central Heating Solutions recently installed a ducted air conditioning system in our freshly renovated home. The system is awesome, providing cost effective cooling and heating. Highly recommended.

Mark and the team have been an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout the build of our first home in Queenstown.We had an underfloor heating and cooling system installed and the experience has been fantastic from start to finish.The communication from the team was consistent throughout and the response time with any concerns we may have had was very quick.The positive and friendly team that instal, inspect and service are very knowledgeable and always eager to help.I felt that everyone at CHS cares about their work and always ensured that we were happy with the end product.12/10 - could not recommend enough and will 100% be using them for all future builds/projects as well as recommending to our friends.Thanks team for wonderful experience in what can be a very stressful time.

We have logged a call 2 weeks ago. Not a single response. Having issues with our heating in the middle of the winter. We were told we did not follow up with our logged call so it must not be urgent. This is not a good way to run a business. In the end Mark's preference was we went somewhere else. Yes I was angry on the phone as we could not get any service. And in the end the Lake Hawea Community Centre has no choice but to look for a business that can be more responsive to our needs. It is a pity when Mark lives in Hawea and still had no time to check what our issues were. Angry users of the Hall because of the heating is not good for our business and now it is not good for Mark.
