It took us a few more years than we had expected to get our Dad's headstone done, BUT all along, Helen Kassai, the Sales Manager at this branch stuck with us.Her and her team extended us so much grace and patience that made this whole process so incredibly easy. I really don't know where to start from, because from the first day we visited Aro Memorial and spoke with Helen. She definitely reassured us that she'll help us through the whole process, as it was quite still early days for us and was and still is a very emotional topic to discuss. As a lady of her words she definitely stood by her words because it felt like some of the weight from our shoulders have been lifted off. All of the specific details and layout including the beautiful patterns we had requested, everything was done very beautifully and they went way beyond our expectations. We literally broke down in tears when we saw the final photos of my Dearest Dad's headstone, of course happy tears but this wouldn't of been possible with the help of Helen and the rest of the Aro Team. I strongly recommend Aro Memorial as they've been a huge help to me and my family.
