I was very disappointed with their shoes. I bought shoes for 299 NZD. I actually wore a hole in less than two months ago. Then I took it back and asked them to fix it. They actually charged me 50 NZD. I don't know about other goods, shoes are strongly recommended not to buy.

Brilliant. Absolutely brilliant. Was a great shopping experience. Served by Thom Le Var, this man knows his market. Was never pushy, only wanted what was best for me, more than helpful with suggestions and styles to suit the individual. He knew his range of stock very well. Wasn't there to push particular products, just wanted me to leave with whatever i needed to make me comfortable. Amazing. Will be back for sure!

Great display. As soon as you enter the shop you sense quality. Reasonable range. All the jackets and trousers that I looked at were well tailored. I found what I wanted, but the trousers needed adjusting. The store manager gave great advice, checked the fit, made recommendations and arranged for the required alterations to be made at a reasonable cost. Great professional yet friendly experience overall. Recommended.
