First time trying Bubble Tea as I don't actually drink tea. Coffee/mocha is my preference & no tea at all for me.So this was such a pleasant (& delicious) surprise! Yummy!!This retailer seemed to be very popular, as witnessed by the crowd of people waiting for their orders, but waiting times were extremely minimal.

Truly not impressed with this the wait times were ridiculous. And after the wait it was legit just cheese foam water ( the peach tea) the only reason it's not 1 star is the grape one was amazing. Might go back and give it another try once the hype dies down.

Newly opened bubble tea shop, ordered tea with 30% sugar but it still bit sweet for us. We were waited for more than 20 minutes, and it seems the staff are all new, bit slow for them to making the drinks.

One of the best Milk tea makers in NZ!Drinks:They have a great variety of drinks and all sorts of different toppings. They are always so good - so far, I have never been disappointed with my order! If you get a fruit tea, they use real fruit rather than artificial flavours. I definitely would recommend the Biscoff Milk tea (my latest discovery and new favourite) and if you want something super unique, their Durian Sago drink is nice (I like durian though, so I might be biased) and they use real durian!Service:They are always super nice. If you come in a group, they give the drinks all together rather than one at a time. This does mean that it might take a while before you get your drink though, but there is a bench next to the shop, so you can sit and chill while you wait. However, you can call ahead, if you want, so you don't end up waiting.Price:Compared to other boba places, they are a bit more on the expensive side. However, I personally think that their drinks are worth it.

I like their Matcha milk tea with mochi and Brown sugar milk tea with mochi. The mochi is very yummy. The cheese foam is also good. The price is high but according to all the topping compared to other milk tea shops, I think it is average price. I saw many negative comments but I still hope this place continues opening and I want to try more new menu in the future. So i drop 5 stars here. Keep fighting!!

My partner ordered a Mango Slushy and turned out what she received was just mango juice with layers of water and it had some thing tasted bitter. I ordered a Super Peach Gum with 0% sugar with very little ice and the drink was oddly weird. the topping includes red beans, purple rice and some type of watery jelly that does not taste or feel pleasant to consume. There were 2 staffs working but surprisingly they didn't understand their own menus in English so It was a challenged to correct the order at the beginning already. Not happy with the service and the drinks.

BEST milk tea in the town, their staff DONG provides the most friendly and lovely customer service. Had tried all drinks, and the durian coconut thing is my favorite!

My friends and I decided to give it a try even though most of the reviews were not okay.So we went last night to buy bubble teas, my friend ordered Taro milk tea with mochi while I ordered brown sugar milk tea with mochi. Here are my feedbacks.1. There were 8 staffs working, yes it is good to have several staffs if they know what are they doing. I observed that the staffs has no proper delegation of tasks, they should have assigned one staff only to take orders. They should have designated everyone with one task only to make the service faster.2. Yes they will ask your name after they take your oder but they will never call your name once the order is ready, you have to check by yourself. If you were not asked what is your name, you will be given a receipt with your order number that will never be called too :-(Recommendation: One staff should be designated to call the name of the customer once order is ready so we don't freeze to death waiting or wondering if it is ready. Or, at least flash the number in the screen (I am pretty sure they have the money for it since the milk tea is too pricey).3. Lastly, I ordered brown sugar milk tea with Mochi costing me $13.5 but no mochi on it, too sad. We do not have time to check on it cos we were rushing too and was so cold last night.I do hope, that you guys can have time to read your feedbacks otherwise you will not improve your service. The bubble itself is actually nice in all fairness (except you forgot to add the mochi).I will agree with my friend who bought together with me, I will not give any ratings yet until the service is improved.

Every single time I order at this branch, the waiting time is ridiculously long. This time I ordered, I only saw 3 orders made before mine. Still took over 30 minutes. The 6 dishes of food i ordered across the road actually cooked faster than the drinks. I do not encounter this problem at any of the other branches of Tea Talk. Watching the 3 staff work inside is like watching a slow motion video. The single staff at the New Market branch works faster than all 3 of them added together. I highly recommend the drinks, but not from this branch. Go to Albany, New Market, CBD or New Lynn.
